Refunds & Replacements
- If your product has a major problem, is defective or incorrect, you may choose a full refund or replacement.
- If your product has a minor or cosmetic issue, we may be able to rectify with a repair or replacement will be offered.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Proof of Purchase & Return Timeframe
- All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the invoice or proof of purchase.
- Market stall purchases carry the same consumer guarantees as all online purchases.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, and in a resalable condition.
- Invoice and/or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
