EcoAura Scent Recycle Refill Program

At EcoAura Scent, I believe in sustainability and giving new life to your cherished candle vessels. My refill program allows customers to return their used candle jars for cleaning and refilling at a reduced cost, helping to minimize waste while enjoying their favourite scents. 

Eligibility & Process

• Once your candle has burned down to 2cm or less, you're eligible to return the vessel for a refill at a discounted price. 
• The vessel will be emptied, cleaned with chemical-free products, and refilled with your scent of choice.
• Customers may choose from available fragrances at the time of refill
• Only EcoAura Scent candle vessels are eligible to ensure proper quality and safe reuse.

Pricing & Payment

• Refills are offered at a reduced cost compared to purchasing a new candle.
• Pricing varies based on vessel size
• Payment must be made at the time of drop-off or online prior to refilling.

Drop-Off & Collection

Customers can return their used candle vessels to my base location, market stall or via mail.

If mailing, customers must securely package the vessel and cover the shipping cost.

Refills will be completed within 5–7 business days, after which customers can pick up or request delivery.

Cleaning Process & Quality Assurance

• Each returned vessel is emptied, washed, and sanitized using natural, chemical-free cleaning products.
• Our process ensures no residue or impurities remain, guaranteeing a fresh, high-quality product.
• To ensure safety and the candle integrity all vessels must be free from cracks or damage to be eligible for refilling. Should your vessel be damaged during the refilling process you will be notified and a new candle will be provided.
